Nokia promotes Lumia 928, iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S4 in one TV spot

Good publicity or bad publicity is still a publicity, and Nokia’s new Lumia 928 advertisement proves that you really need to acknowledge the competition in order to sell your own.
The new ad, posted by Windows Phone’s official YouTube account, is claiming that the new Verizon Wireless Windows Phone device, the Nokia Lumia 928, is the best smartphone when it comes to low-light cameraphone shots — “better than the iPhone (5), better than Galaxy (S4).”
The new spot doesn’t just mention the brand names of its rivals, it also features the Nokia Lumia 928 sitting in the middle of the two hottest handsets, the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the iPhone 5.
The company adds, “See how to capture your night like never before with the Nokia Lumia 928, the best low-light smartphone camera. Better than the Apple iPhone 5. Better than the Samsung Galaxy S4.”
The new Nokia Lumia 928 is the first flagship “high-end” Windows Phone device running on Verizon’s LTE network, it is similar to the Nokia Lumia 920 based on features and price tag.
According to the recent smartphone OS market share data presented by Gartner, the Microsoft Windows Phone OS is still far from the top spot with below 3 percent market share versus Google’s Android with nearly 75 percent of the total market and Apple’s iPhone with 18.2 percent.
