New Samsung Galaxy S3 rumor: Rovio’s new Angry Birds franchise to include the Galaxy S3 release date announcement?

A new rumor involving the much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S3 appeared online courtesy of the new “Angry Birds: Space” game, and according to a report, Samsung might announce the Galaxy S2 successor alongside the new Rovio game.

Slashgear reports that launch date of the Angry Birds game, on the 22nd of March, is also the same day that the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone has been tipped. It is worth noting that Samsung already issued a statement saying that the device will not join the Mobile World Congress and the company will hold a separate event this year.

Galaxy and Space are almost synonymous, galaxy is a “massive system” in “space” that consists of stars and other heavenly bodies. Crazy?

Last year, Samsung’s Galaxy S2 is one of the most popular Android smartphones, and according to Samsung, it is their most successful phone to date. Here in United States, the Galaxy S2 is also one of the most popular phones alongside the new iPhone 4S. In fact, one research firm said that the Galaxy S2 is the most popular phone of the iPhone-less mobile carrier T-Mobile, and the second-post popular phone of Sprint and AT&T. Verizon skipped the Galaxy S2 in favor of the first Android 4.0 phone, the Galaxy Nexus.
