iTunes Ping now available on iPad

iPad users have one reason to celebrate while waiting for the release of iOS 4.2. Apple inc gives iPad the iTunes Ping.

Apple inc’s music social networking site (that Mark Zuckerberg is not into connecting with Facebook) is now available on iPad. The new update came after the surprise delay of the iOS update.

iPad users can now download, and enjoy Ping after downloading the app available in the iTunes store.

Speaking of enjoying, some of the functionality that iOS 4.2 will add are multitasking, allowing iPad users to “Run all your favorite apps, and switch between them instantly without slowing the performance” of the applications,” according to Apple’s official iOS 4.2 page.

Another notable update included in the 4.2 is the folder support, allowing Apple tablet users to “organize apps into folders with drag-and-drop.”

Now you know the reason why most of iPad users were disappointed after hearing the iOS 4.2 delay.
