Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Rumors Roundup

Samsung is once again on a roll, its flagship Galaxy S4 smartphone is yet to reach store shelves but it appears that its larger and more powerful sibling, the Galaxy Note 3, is bound to be showcased to AT&T execs in a matter of days to make sure that it will reach phablet lovers in the U.S. later this year.

Article written by Kevin Go – Interestingly, it is only a dummy unit [does not hide semiconductor goodies underneath its hood] not a fully working model but one thing worth mentioning is that the mock-up purportedly came with a 5.9-inch display not the earlier rumored 6.3-incher which somehow helped us ease a bit considering that most smartphone manufacturers nowadays can’t seem to stop themselves from further upsizing their flagship devices.

Apart from the humongous AMOLED (Green PHOLED) display, it is highly possible that the Galaxy Note 3 will come with a slightly faster version of the Exynos 5410 Aka. “Exynos 5 Octa” chip along with two gigabytes of random access memory or possibly larger.

If we were to base the new Galaxy Note 5.X series’ design and hardware evolution from previous devices, we wouldn’t be surprised if it comes with the same 13 megapixel camera that Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S4 smartphone is toting, a larger battery and the same software features like Smart Pause, Smart Scroll and should also be expected.

It would be great if the Galaxy Note 3 will still boast its original not-so-convenient size by making the upper and lower bezels thinner so that accommodating a larger display will be possible — without making it less convenient to hold and use.
