iPhone 4S Siri not exclusive anymore?

Multiple reports say the iPhone 4 Siri hack is now legal, jailbreaking iPhone 4 still a must.
Good news, if you love Siri and cannot afford to buy the iPhone 4S yet. According to multiple reports posted online, Siri can now run on the iPhone 4 legally due to iOS 5.0.1 revision.
The small iOS 5 update reportedly includes access to system files which includes Siri, and porting it to the older version of the iPhone is now legal because the files are not encrypted anymore.
Apparently, hackers have already managed to port Siri to the iPhone 4. Last month Apple application programmer Steve Troughton-Smith and application developer for Cydia Grant Paul have successfully ported Siri on the fourth-generation iPhone and the latest version of the iPod Touch. The hackers also posted a video which demonstrated that it is fully functional.

But here’s the bad news, Apple is still not issuing a statement regarding the non-encryption of the system files and if porting the voice command feature is “really” legal. Plus, not all iPhone 4 owners can jailbreak or hack their phone.
Siri is the most popular feature of the iPhone 4S according to one survey conducted last month. In fact, the result suggested that Siri is more popular than the 8-megapixel camera and the dual-core A5 chip.
