Forget iPhone 5 release date, iPhone 6 rumor claims wireless charging capability

iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 rumors imageOh, look.. An iPhone 6 rumor.

Does the iPhone 5 really exist? Or if true, when is the release date?

These questions are the favorite topics of the tech world lately after multiple confirmation that the 5th generation iPhone exists. According to multiple rumors posted on the internet, the iPhone 5 will include better back camera, larger screen and dual-core processor.

But the iPhone frenzy is obviously unstoppable, knowing that aside from iPhone 5, rumors about the iPhone 6 are already circulating on the internet like a tidal wave 6 feet high.

According to Electronista, the iPhone 6 could include wireless charging capability — or the same good feature of the Energizer’s Wireless inductive charging pad, which is considered as the next big technology that will conquer the smartphone market in the next coming years.

Apparently, the iPhone 6 rumor is related to the patent filed by Apple that reveals the company’s intention to introduce a phone’s capability to charge wirelessly with 1 meter range. Yikes, that could emit more unknown particles that can theoretically increase cancer rates. Don’t hate me, cancer and technology are quickly becoming synonymous today.

Leaving the iPhone 6 and the cancer cells first — the iPhone 5, according to rumors, could arrive in September of this year with the possibility of thinner, lighter but still not cheaper features. The release date is obviously a prediction that is based on Apple’s previous press conferences that involved hardware introduction. Tech world speculates that the iPhone 5 will include the latest version of iOS, and will be launched by Apple alongside a new iPod Touch.
