iPad (not iOS 4.2) vs Galaxy Tab (Android 2.2): The Angry Birds “war”

Samsung Galaxy Tablet with Android 2.2 running "Angry Birds" application
Angry Birds alert. While waiting for the iOS 4.2, why not go and check out the so-called iPad competitor’s “Angry Birds” performance.
While tech “experts” are busy criticizing the so-called unprepared Android powered Samsung Galaxy Tab, GigaOm published a video containing Rovio’s game running on one of the first Android tablet.
The highly-addictive gaming app of Rovio is also available in Apple’s iPad, but in fairness to Galaxy Tab, the app also runs smoothly, aside from the fact that Google already warned the public that Android 2.2 version was not made for a tablet, or gadgets with larger screen like the Galaxy tab that has 7-inch touchscreen display.
And because of that, I can’t wait to see an Android Gingerbread tablet running this addictive game, gasp!
Aside from GigaOm, there’s also a video available in YouTube. “It looks fantastic,” revealed the uploader. “It’s working, definitely working,” he added.

And how about the iPad version? Well, there’s a video in YouTube containing Angry Birds performance in iPad. As a matter of fact, the guy who posted the video revealed that the app he’s using was actually the iPhone 4 version. That’s so sweet. See the video below:

And speaking of the iPad, the iOS 4.2 update for the Apple tablet is still not available for public download. So, I’m expecting to see another “Angry Birds” review with iPad with iOS 4.2 with multi-tasking functionality.
