Windows Phone 7 buyers “want more” Office and Xbox Live experience

Samsung Focus with Windows Phone 7 OS
Windows Phone 7 phones selling like hotcakes? Really?
Good news Microsoft fans, phones with Windows OS are reportedly selling out. Here are some of the news that I gathered after the big kick-off:
1. According to T-Mobile customers, HTC’s HD 7 phones might be running out of stock after online orders are now “not available for immediate shipment.”
2. Another source told us that even AT&T’s “Samsung Focus” recorded a lot of orders.
3. Meanwhile, PC World is reporting that applications for Windows Phone 7 is growing fast. From 1,100, Windows Phone 7 applications available are now around 1,600 plus and growing, the site added.
Panic buying? Or consumers have reasons?
One consumer revealed to us his reason of buying a WP7 smartphone (model not revealed). He said, “I’m after Excel and Word compatibility.” Another one thinks the “XBox Live compatibility,” is one good reason to buy one.
Can Windows Phone 7 create a good sales record? I’m waiting for data
